Narvik is well connected to the major cities in Norway, it has several large ports and has railway connection to Sweden.
- Harstad/Narvik airport Evenes had prior to Covid-19 seven daily direct flights to Oslo and with direct flights to several other major cities in Norway.
- The harbour in Narvik harbour is the second largest by tonnage in Norway, and among the largest harbours in the Nordics. Several other ports may also be utilized, all which are ice-free.
- Narvik has the most northern railway station in Norway and is linked by Sweden to the European continent.
- Narvik is connected to both the E6 north/south highway and the E10 east/west highway.

Tromsø
The biggest city in Northern Norway with excellent infrastructure.
- The busiest airport in the North of Norway with several international flights.
- Several harbours in the region.
- Situated not far from E6, the highway going north/south in Norway.

An industrial hub in Norway with corresponding good infrastructure facilities.

- Connected to the E6, the highway going north/south in Norway.
- The region has three small scale airports (Mo i Rana, Mosjøen and Sandnessjøen) with connections to Oslo, Trondheim and Bodø.
